A gentle but effective training session created for clients who’ve completed physical therapy and want to safely continue their recovery journey. We'll strengthen weak points, rebuild confidence, and create a bridge between rehab and everyday strength — all in a supportive, private environment.

Movement sessions tailored with care, creativity, and experience for individuals with autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, or other neurodiverse needs — ages 4 and up. These one-on-one sessions are built around joy, trust, and meaningful movement that celebrates each person’s abilities, not just their goals. Parents/guardians always welcome to join or observe.
